Just as a menacing, almost threatening a feel crept down her spine, the potential threat revealed himself. Prompted, the woman swiftly swing around, only to be met with a man with a mask. What really scared the woman was not the mask and the casual approach but the fact that he knew who she was. Her body still a bit tense, Maya tried her hardest to conceal any visible tenseness and signs of fear “Who are you? I don’t believe we’ve met before…“

Yes, talking first, and if he gets hostile…

It’s whoop-ass time!

“Oh, where are my manners? You may  call me The Phantom, I believe you must have heard of a ‘masked thief’ on the news.”

The boy keeps his smarmy smirk as he analyzes the young girl, to be quite honest, Kaito were always a fan of hers , he’s not much into teen magazines but her articles were always so intriguing and well-written that he used to buy the magazine solely to read what she had to say about anything, especially about the mysterious cases that happen in her town. If he was in his usual self now, he’d have probably ask for her autograph, but he’s there as The Phantom, not Kaito, and the Phantom had a mission to complete.

“We have not met, however, I have heard of you,  Maya Amano, the reporter responsible for the JOKER case, you could say that I’m a fan of your work.”

The boy utters as he stepped away from the window while keeping his masked gaze at her.

“I mean you no harm, I just have a proposition that might benefit you and your magazine, willing to hear me out, my lady?”
